We have been asked by senior management to add the elements into our audit checklist.

I am not familair with the FDA Parts 56,58, 809,812. Does anyone have an audit checklist that specifically talks about CFR 56,58,806 or 812 that I can use as a baseline. I have already searched for audit checklist in the files section that have the aforementioned regulations. Any help would be appreciated!
