hi

iam currently doing a project for for my mba studies. the project is about "Assessing the motivational level of the employees". i have already prepared a questionnaire but iam confused with the research methodology part. ie the hypothesis whhich is to be used, how to test it etc. can anybody send me some sample projects on the related topic so that i could analyse it.
