I have to do the Ergonomic Evaluation of the activities carried out in our Machine Shop and Engine Assembly Line.

Does any body have some checksheet/guidline to carryout this evaluation?

This is a good question.

For a good ergonomics review, it would be more helpful to explain checklists than to simply provide one. Here is a site I found to get you started.
