Someone here may have procedures. Regardless, make sure that you have copies of all the relevant building codes that apply to you, as the codes must be considered in any design.

I have extensive experience in this field from a modular manufacturing perspective. I am not sure this will help, please be a bit more specific as to what you need, or email or pm me directly if you wish

What will be the design validation procedure for construction industry - for example - a home!

Well... Design of the home validation can be through several areas. From a customer perspective, meetings with the customer for verification purposes occur at several points prior to design. Then the design as the customer wants it, is filtered through the applicable building codes, depending upon the State and Township involved. This may change some of the customer design. (For instance, no Flat screen TV's within 6 ft of a hot tub, etc. ) Then the modified (customer approved design) is passed through a third party inpection agency, representing the State. This filters out any problems that were missed in the Engineering design phase. After third party approval, the unit can be built, but is still subject to final approval from the State, or States' third party final inspection. In the Modular business, we are not subject to local code inspection as long as the States third party has already inspected it. Design, and by extension, final construction, must be specified on the approved plans, and completed as per approved plans, and these items are subject to local inspectors approvals. It is a complicated procedure that varies from State to State, and sometimes is subject to international code per the IBC and IRC building codes. I am not sure this answered your question exactly, but will help give some background.
