Does anyone know if any of the European car manufacturers (especially Renault, Peugeot, Audi and Mercedes Benz) have documented their customer specific requirements similar to what Ford, GM and DaimlerChrysler have done? If yes, where could I obtain a copy. It is very frustrating when the standard requires the supplier to meet the customer specific requirements but we have been unable to determine from the European makers what the relevant requirements for ISO/TS 16949 registration are!!!
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
PS I am not referring to the VDA and FIEV common customer manuals.

There is no manual of customer specific requirements like in the QS 9000. Each OEM has its own supplier QMS requirements. Usually they publish the manual (in english language)in the internet/extranet. Here I have some addresses of the German carmakers
