Hi,
Currently, I am asked by my facilitator to do a projection on what will be the CPM and DPM by end of this year. Currently our CPM is at 43 and DPM is at 25. May I know what is the best method to used and also how to used it.

Thank You

The best place to start is to tell us what "CPM" and "DPM" stand for, how they're counted or calculated, and what other statistical data you might have. In order to make a reasonable prediction you'll need to chart the data you have and do some calculations, but if we know more about the data it'll be easier to provide help.

In general, projections (predictions) like these are based on past performance under like conditions, and an assumption of process stability.
