View Full Version : Differences between VDA6.1 and VDA6.2 vs. QS9000 james bayton 14th December 2000, 04:02 AM I believe that VDA 6.2 is now issued does anybody know the differences between VDA6.1, QS9000 against VDA6.2 Marc 15th December 2000, 12:32 PM I don't off hand. Haven't worked with any VDA specs in several years. Maybe one of the other folks knows. Sorry I can't help. suzanne marley 18th December 2000, 07:16 AM Hi James, As far as I know VDA 6.2 is specifically for services. Eugène 28th December 2000, 05:02 AM For VDA there are two types of Quality: quality of product and quality of service. Quality of product is related to materials and quality of service is related to contact between the supplier (automotive) and customer (we). A mistake in product quality can be easy corrected but a mistake in the contacts (communication) can have influence for years and even forever. That's why VDA think it's important to have extra attention to the quality of services. As far as I know as production facility you don't have to botter about VDA 6.2. s_gulsen01 26th November 2007, 03:17 PM hello ; I need to get VDA 6.2's summary . if anybady has , can you send it ? thanks what kind of documents we need ?
