While I understand that there is no mandatory mark required on the medical devices for marketing in Canada, which is the most widley preferred and used mark that assures licence and other safety and effectiveness requirements are met... (Like for example CSA mark ...)

CSA and UL are the most widely used marks for electrical safety testing.
