I am putting a small presentation to describe what a Corrective Action Request is for english as a second language (ESL) group of employees. Some simple what it is and what it's not. Anyone have a presentation or suggestions?

I think you should refer if the target audience can understand / can not understand English rather than referring to ESL.

This is because ESL could mean differently for many countries. For places like India, Singapore etc, English though ESL is well accepted whilst other places like China may not be.
