This is my 1st time to post . First of all I would like introuduce my selt I'm Nuttaphong Now I live in Thailand and I 'm are Engineering
So, I have question to you support me due to I need new machine to install at my site but I have no any acceptance criterion for recieve the machine , Do you have any acceptance criterion for recieve the machine ? Such as safety risk check list , Q check list , Function Check list etc.

I think that acceptance criteria for machinery would depend entirely on your process and the machine in question. But, you should have had a set of requirements that was communicated to the supplier when you purchased the equipment. During the commisioning of the piece of equipment you need to verify that those requirements have been met. i.e. if you said the equipment must run product at so many inches per minute, you need to make sure it will. If you required that there was a dimensional requirement, check parts to make sure that they are within the described parameters. As for safety requirements, that may somewhat depend on your country's legal requirements, but you should be able to find those for assessment.

As far as a template, I've never seen one that was universal to all equipment. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist, but I guess I would question its value.
