I need advice please, I have inherited a complex system. We synthesis crude and then mfg from the crude and semi-crude lots into a finished good. This is then sent thru a sterilization - it gets a suffix attached to the lot number. It then goes for ETO, it gets a second suffiz depending on the run attached to the lot number. so we end up with a rediculous number. DOes anyone have any bright ideas on how to deal with these 2 additional steps as we need to track the different sterilizations runs, but lucky us we have 2 sterilization processes.

HELP
Thank you:mg:

We have a system that uses a Work Order #, (what materials, what equipment, what operator etc.) and a Batch # (formula and QC results and positive control for releases). It looks like that may work for your process.
