Our customer reqiured from us to present the nonconformance report coming from audit performed by another OEM or ISO/TS certification body.
I'm not sure if I can make such report available. Does ISO/TS give clear rules for such case?

The report is property of the organization who contracted the audit. In other words, the report originating from the CB and it's content belongs to you. You can provide access to that information to anyone you wish, including customers, potential customers, etc. Concerning the report from another customer, you should clear with them first. It might contain sensitive information they may not want you to share with anyone else.
