On our current LPA (Chrysler mandated) we have the yes or no question
"Is the work area clean and well organized?"
It consistently receives a 'yes' answer from all the departments and all the auditors-despite often times less than 'satisfactory' (imo) housekeeping. It's my thought that I might be able to add some value by appealing to the auditors 'nobler senses'. I would like to revise it to read:
"Are you proud of the department cleanliness and organization? If no, what can be done? (Resolve and document on the backside of this paper)"
Am I off my rocker to want to put a question worded as such out there? :biglaugh:
Or maybe this would be a happier medium:
"Is the department cleanliness and organization at an optimal level? If no, what can be done? (Resolve and document on the backside of this paper)"
Or maybe the question should be omitted altogether for something less subjective. I'd be interested in any thoughts on this.
