Hope you found some additional Information here at the Cove on this topic. Your Procedure on this should give you plenty information that supports this process, leading you all the way back to Order entry. We have a daily shipment report, that tells us what is due to go out the door that day, if you have something like this in place pick a order from that list and work with that. Or you can use the backwards approach and pick 1 or 2 finished products ready to go out the door from shipping and base your audit on them.
You can also go Customer specific, what does your Customer asks you as their Supplier to do, to ensure that their product arrives at their facility ontime.
