Sorry deminika. But if you are a supplier then the customer should provide that document to you. Have you asked your customer?

I have such a document: DPTA_QMGT04_0027_EX CMQ; unfortunatly found only in external databe system, so I am not very sure if I can post it here, but during certification audit the certification body asked for this kind of customer requirements.

I'm also working on the CSR matrix and what I've found in another thread:
(http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=7024) is that PSA doesn't require anything more than just to be consistent with ISO/TS... What do you think about that? Maybe you have something like Volvo CSR document where we have connections between clauses of ISO/TS and CSR clearly shown.

some news about PSA:) I received their qualification audit. I did not get a manual for suppliers, but a number of different documents that are specific to them, such as first page of PPAP.Next are special characteristics related to safety and regulations (triangle in a circle and a key), which must be placed in a control plan, documents, on machines where special characteristics are created etc.
