All,
We have a group of externally trained internal auditors who have not carried out audits for a while. I was wondering if anybody knows of any brief refresher presentations available on line?
Just looking for something that will jog peoples memories.
Thanks for your help,
Andy:thanx:

There's a lot of quality-related online training available at: http://www.qualitywbt.com/catalog.htm
CEUs are also provided.

Although a comprehensive document, I wouldn't advise this type of approach for refresher training, it looks a too basic for them. There's little in the document, either, to suggest training in the 'process approach' so important in the auto industry.
Andrew, I'm not sure there's anything much on refresher training available 'on-line' (if you mean like a self paced training session etc.)
I would highly recommend that you get in an instructor for a day to address the specifics of what your auditors feel they need help with. It's not going to be effective (from experience) to use 'canned' trainning materials.
Try my good friends at Excel Partnership in Hemel Hempstead, speak with Geoff Doole, he'll be able to give you some guidance.
