Starting from 2008 I moved into consulting & training area for companies. And one of our current client is mobile GSM network operator, who wants us to help them with design & implementation of OHSAS 18001 with participation of foreign partner who already have experience in designing and implementation of OHSAS 18001 standard in GSM networks operator elsewhere.

I would suggest that you look at the Consultants that have placed their specialty in their posts: http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=4375

This is similar to 18001. Since you are on a Time constraint (5 days left) you may want to send PM's to some of those consultants.
