Dear Experts,
Our new Management decided to include new procedure in our Quality Management System “Control of Vital Documents and Records”.:applause:
My enquiry is :confused:
Most of the documents and records in the QMS are not considered as the vital documents / records such as reservation forms, purchase orders, repair orders, preventive maintenance plan ….etc, keeping in mind that the mentioned documents are controlled as quality record. :bonk:
What should I do if the management decides to control only the vital documents such as contracts, invoices, etc? Should I remove the quality record from the master list?:bonk:
