What are the biggest challenges in such a transition?? Duke Okes 21st August 2008, 12:53 PM It's not significantly different, but just a bit more tangible outputs. Service processes produce outputs (insurance policy, hair cut, more healthy patient, ...) just as do production processes. Of course it will depend on how well the service processes have been documented, controlled, measured, etc. Can you be more specific about what your concerns are?
