Can any one help me, currently we are using a toll MFG to assemble parts for us that we then ship to the OEM's but now we are moving to getting them to store and ship the products for us. They have ISO 9001 but is it possible to get included under our TS 16949 certification even though they are a different company? I am assuming that they will have to be audited if they are, that is not a problem I just want to know if is possible to include them under our certification?

No, not unless that company is part of your organization.
Right now, you outsource to them, and must be managed as a supplier.
They could apply for ISO/TS certification themselves though.

Any other comments from my Fellow Covers?

yes, outsourced process and should be treated as a supplier.

Consider requiring this organization to get registered to TS (which may also be a requirement from your OEM).

What if the Toller is going to have direct access to our inventory system eg they are linked directly into our network and we will have someone from our company on site at least 70% of the time?

Does not matter; see my post #2.
