As had been discussed many times, audit checklist are very much dependent on the individuals product and process. If based on the process approach, a cookie cutter type of checklist doesn't fit in such situations.

However, if you are looking for a gap analysis tool (to make sure you covered all necessary grounds in your documentation) you can refer to a sample in Praxiom Research Group's web site (http://www.praxiom.com/) (the link is found towards the lower end of the left hand side advertisement bar of every page). The sample page is here (http://www.praxiom.com/iso-22000-gap.htm).

Maria, I have one from the National Food Processors Association which is very good and comprehensive. I dont like it for MY company siimply because we are a service provider in the Food supply chain, NOT a processor. So....the checklist I am using, I have to "N/A" a lot of it.
