Please provide your input to the following question:
I am reviewing my Master List of Records (ISO 9k2k) in preparation for an audit, while reviewing the mandatory 8.2.4 record required to be in the list I am a bit uncertain as to how to address the fields entries in the master list of records for this record mainly: “Location/Custodian, Filing Method, Retention Time and Disposition” since inspection and testing is done in various product realization departments how is this typically entered and handled to be input in the list of records out there in the field? What info typically should go under each column heading? Can you provide a couple of examples or a sample Master List of Records?
