I am new to this so I need a lots of help. Where do I start?
The firm produces only reports and maps as products, where does design and development come in etc.
Please how do I start?

These reports and maps are unique for each project you work on right? You have an input of info from your prospective clients telling them what they need from you right? You have statutory requirements to adhere to by... sounds like 7.3 to me... :notme:

Also check 7.1 note 2

Since you are new to this (as we all where one day...), take a deep breath... you came to the right place, there are alot of people here to help.
