For our next IQA, the IQA theme will be based on 'Auditing the effectiveness of corrective actions'

Preliminary works have already been done such assessing the effectiveness of the corrective actions (arising from valid complaints)

So, it will be grateful if you can advise me on the approaches that i should undertake when auditing the effectiveness of corrective actions.

1st and foremost did you fix the problem?

Secondly...Has the problem occurred again from the original cause?

If the answer is "NO" the corrective action was effective.

If the answer is "YES" it's ineffective.

That's as complicated as it gets.
