I've subscribe training information from my friendly training company.
They offer me Proquis Program, which has the module of Customer Care, Personal & Training, Document Control with AllClear Flowcharter, Internal audit And Management Review. And all are according/Applicable to ISO/TS 16949 management system.
Since searched in thread, somebody recommend it and said that it is good.
But I still need to know more from someone who use to work with Proquis.
How does it work? Is it effective on your organization?

I have not worked with Proquis, but before implementing any quality software, I would review all of the alternatives. Often what happens is you start to use one, find out it is not fully adequate for your system. Then you have built up such a big mess that it is either too expensive or too painful to switch to a system that is what you really need. So, either you suffer making the switch, or suffer using inadequate software with patches and crowbars to force it to fit your system. It is not a casual decision. My preference is MQ1 by Cebos out of all of the systems I have used. It has very significant file linking capabilities between modules, which allows for much more robust and elegant sorting of the database.

You may not always get what you pay for in quality system software, but you certainly won't get what you don't pay for!
