Greetings gurus,
Correct me if I am wrong but I see no where in the TS standard that says I need to document Continuous Improvements on a form.
I have taken this approach for the past three years and have not run into any problems with our registrar or auditors.
It is easy to show evidence for continuous improvements through other documentation such as preventive and corrective actions or other improvements made to the system via action items as outputs from management review or just improvements to the Q.M.S in general.
I have a form left over from QS-9000 that was used for documenting C.I’s. I have left it in our system in the event that I needed it. I would like to remove it.
My question is: is there anywhere in the TS standard that says I need to document C.I’s. or do I just need to be able to show evidence of them?
thanks in advance,
QAMMAN
