There has some new/changed product prototype building-up and production application raised from our Sale&Marketing department, some of them has clearly customer requirements, some just derived from marketing analysis, as an engine manufacturing, I think we shall utilize some kind of form to record all these S&M/Customer/Makert requirements n get approved from related department, such as R&D, Finance, Mfg, Quality, Purchasing...as the 1st step of APQP: Concept Approval, then go to product design&Development, Process Design & Development n Validation, Is there anybody could provide me a sample for my reference or usage, thanks in advance!!!:agree::agree:
