During the certification audit I found next formal but practical problem.
First problem was in topic Problems with FMEA integration due to different Customer Specific Requirements (http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=29893)
And now - the second problem.
Firm X have some automotive customers: Fiat, GM, Daimler, VW, Ford.
Next problem - problem with internal process audit.
Fiat has own PCPA check-list for suppliers.
GM has own PCPA check-list for suppliers (GM 1927-16)
Daimler prefer VDA 6.3 check-list for suppliers (it's Daimler requirement)
VW prefer Formel-Q-Capability check list, which is very similar to the VDA 6.3.
Ford hasn't own check-list for suppliers (I believe...).
Firm doesn't want to have different Process Audits on different lines (sometimes they even have Daimler, Fiat and GM product on one line).
What should they do? They want to fulfill customer requirements, but how to do it without madness?
