All,

My organisation has a remote sales office that is not currently part of our TS certification. We plan to recitify this in our next audit cycle. However before doing do, we would like to carry out some basic awareness training on what TS is and how it operates.

Does anybody have any basic presentation stuff on this subject?

Any help available would be apprecaited.

With Regards,

Do you have this in English for other Covers to see if it will help them?

Maybe translating the entire presentation might be better.

Hi Ramesh,
I dunno if the core values that we are using is the one you are referring to. Because
we don't use any slogan on our part. One of our Core Values is Excellence which means will to win, passion to succeed and excel. Another is TeamWork which means Team at Work.
Hope this helps.

Look at this thread (http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=17526). Some of the posts in that thread may not be as applicable (some are quite "tongue-in-cheek"), but can be adapted to your needs.

Please be very cautious using slogans to motivate employees. Slogans stating things that are not 100% supported by Top Management are mere lies and are extremely demoralizing. A colorful term used in the USA and elsewhere in the world for empty slogans is: "Bullsh*t." ;)

I hope you don't mind me saying this.

Good luck with your motivation and awareness process.

Stijloor.
