Hi,

First post for me. I'm new to the forums and Continuous Improvement. I was looking for some assistance on how to calculate the DPPM or PPM when a part is sent back for a second round of rework. IE: Inspected, reworked, rework inspected, back out for more rework.

Does anyone have suggestions for Charlie on this?
