Dears,
we have recently reorganized our Group structure, dividing our plants under regional Divisions.
I am the responsible QM for Europe South, which is constituted by 5 plants (one of them is the leading plant, where most of the management and service functions are centralized).
Based on that, I want to group each single ISO TS QMS into a Corporate QMS and perform a new certification based on a corporate audit scheme.

How can I most effectively elaborate the corporate quality manual and procedures for the division?
What shall be highlighted into the Manual to explain the new corporate organization?
Are there specific ISO TS requirements that have to be considered?
Does someone have corporate Manual/Procedures that can share as examples?

Thank you for your support.
Regards,
dspinelli

For starters, look at the "Rules" 3rd Edition for the "Corporate Audit Scheme." That may answer some of your concerns.

The "Rules" can be purchased (eDocument) from www.aiag.org.

Hope this helps.
