Here's the CSR I have. Bear in mind, this is the overall/general CSR. BMW has numerous requirements for different parts/applications, etc.

I know this file.
It's something like "quality agreement" connected with projects for BMW.

Yes - other bits and pieces go with it; e.g. die casting, heat treat and coating specifications. It's quite confusing especially when BMW adds spec requirements after the contract is signed:notme: (It's not only the big 3 that give me heartburn!)

Valeri,

You can protect yourself (your organization) by implementing "Amendment of Contract" provisions. Possible changes to the contract and their implications should be discussed during the contract review stage.

We do fall back on the amendment verbiage but it doesn't make much of a difference with the automotive customers; they still try to push the envelope, trying to get something for nothing (the indignant response always amuses me). You have to decide whether it's worth pushing back or not; it's just the hassle you have to go through that winds me up:rolleyes:

This is just a brochure of BMW SPQM from B2B!
Could any one share me the detail version file?
