Hi,

I do not entirely understand your question...letīs see...

You are asking if the substances

titanium dioxide
ethyl alcohol denatured

are "ok"?
What product is this (a pen?) ?
By "ok" do you mean in compliance with ROHS directive?

For automotive applications:

GADSL (http://www.gadsl.org)

This is the global automotive declarable substance list.

Be careful with this list.

This list has no source, origin, author, standard (IMDS, GADSL, RoHS) and no version control.

Only use information from trusted websites. Lists can change.
