Could somebody explain to me some aspects of contract review ?

Related to point 7.2.2 from TS (if you know other points from TS it will be very usefully) should be reviews of every contract done yearly or just “prior to the
organization's commitment to supply a product to the customer” or when some customer requirement have been changed ?
From your experience are these reviews done yearly for every contract?
I often is this review properly to be done ?

We review contracts every time one is offered from the customer or when there is a change. We do not review them at a defined frequency.

IMHO, a purchase order is a "contract."
