The clause requires:
"measurement at specified stages of design and development shall be defined, analysed and reported with sumary results as an input to management review".

Please teach me with examples, what are these stages, what applicable measurements at each of these stages, how they are analysed, and how they reported for management review.

:thanks::thanx:

We use Check point reviews. On our APQP list, 10 items need completed and at completion fo those 10 items, a check point review must be scheduled. For example the most critical is.... after the process design is developed, we have a checkpoint review for management feedback. This work for us be we are not product design responsible.
