The standard states:
The organizations documented procedure shall define the responsibility for review and authority for the disposition of nonconforming product and the process for approving personnel making these decisions.
Does anyone have an example of a procedure explaining the process for approving personnel making these decisions? The President and QA Manager have the authority to make the decision. But I can't explain the process that approved them.
It's by title they are approved? is that a legitimite procedure??
