How to activate Elsmar site

I've registered, why can't I post or start a new discussion thread?
The forum software sends a Registration Activation email to the email address you used to register with, normally within seconds. You must Verify/Activate your Registration by clicking on a link in the email. Many people who register have had their Activation email flagged by mail filters (or Rejected) - Please check your bulk sender and/or 'spam' folders first. If you have still cannot find the Activation email, please Email Marc to activate your registration.
