i know that the 5Y is the 5 why
but i didn't know what is the 5M ?
can any one help me to know what it is ? and how to use it ?

I often use mindmaps as Ishikawa diagrams (Basically the same format except for keeping the headlines close to center instead of the other way around. Unfortunately I have not uploaded any clear examples with a 5M outline, but here is a link to a few other maps (http://elsmar.com/Forums/album.php?albumid=3). I'll see if I have a better example somewhere.
