This might sound mad but a friend of mine gave me an audit calculator so to speak so that I can see what is being done and track along the year against the procedures etc.. but on the audit he has a section DIS I am unable to get hold of my mate at the moment and was going to present this chart based spreadsheet this afternoon, does anyone know what DIS means it is from TS16949 if that helps any

Hi Colin
Thats what I was thinking too but it would not make sense in the context of where its at.
I was thinking it might have something to do with NCR's I will add the spreadsheet on here it might help

Sure I am just about to go in in the next few minutes so will let you know as soon as I am out I do however anticipate this meeting to be lasting upto 4 hours as there are many things I am going through including presentations so as I said hopefully it will be one of these having looked again at the form though it does sound like one of the ones said and ties in pretty nice with the minus scores on the top of the sheet

Hi Stijloor , Andy
Close Stijloor but i dont see that it would make a difference either way your word against theirs on which one to put i put the two of them to the meeting and they plumped with the one i said
Andy it is used as a tool for monitoring which areas of the manual have been audited and produces graphs to use for meetings i will be using them in the management review meeting and quarterly quality meetings and also for giving feedback to the auditors, secondly i can plan the audits around them making sure that all areas are covered and then highlighting the areas that need some extra auditing i cant take credit for it though my friend sent it to me i just wish i had the time to create the monster
