Can anyone send me a sample or template of a CAR for use with the automotive industry? We're ISO9001 and a small business. Expensive software is not in the cards for us just yet.

I did a search in the Post Attachments List (see the green button in the page header) and came up with this selection (http://elsmar.com/Forums/fileslist.php?mode=allfiles&sortby=filename&pageamt=2&criteria=CAR)for you to browse. The attachments are not copyrighted; you are free to use or adapt them for your needs.

Nothing in a CAR form is unique to TS 16949. What is on the form depends on how your organization chooses to manage and share the information that the form processes.
