I'm looking to get my hands on a D/C Supplier Quality Manual, or any other similar type documentation. I've been into the D/C suppler website but you have to be a current supplier to D/C to actually get any information out of the website - anybody got any suggestions?

I checked the website out, if you want a copy of the "Process Sign Off Manual 4th Edition", it is available from Xerox Corp. Please call 248-616-3379 for a copy.
Not sure if they will give you one, but I don't see why not.

I don't know if any of you have tried to find a copy of the PSO manual for DCX lately but I spent several days trying to find where to get it and finally found the right direction. If you get your info from someone who has a manual they will tell you that you should call Xerox @ the number above. The number does not work and Xerox does not supply the manual anymore.
I thought I would share in case anyone else is feeling frustrated. If you need the PSO or PAP manuals call Sue Socks @ 248-512-5157. She works for DC and will email you an order form.

Have a good day,
Mark Smith

The PSO and forms can be downloaded from the DCX website.

I can not get access to the materials I need on the site. We are tier 2 on this program. I suspect some others have the same issue.

If your teir 1 has not provided you with any information then you probably don't need it.
If you want the info for your own puposes then you need to contact DCX.
