Stijloor 15th December 2008, 12:50 PM I found Ford Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Status Reporting Guideline, Release Level: 3.2, August 2003 Is it current/up-to-date? Is it last edition? From the Ford Motor Company Customer Specific Requirements (CSR's): 4.14 Planning of Product Realization (ISO/TS 16949:2002 cl. 7.1, 7.3.1, 4.2.1d, 7.3.4.1, 5.4.1, 5.4.2) Appropriate to the supplier's responsibilities, the organization shall meet the requirements of the Engineering Statement of Work (available on https://web.gfss.ford.com ) For all supplier sites with parts launching under the Global Product Development System (GPDS). Effective 30th January, 2008, the Advanced Product Quality Planning form version 3.2 or 3.1 (Pan Brand) is replaced by Supplier APQP/PPAP Readiness Assessment – Schedule A, see https://web.qpr.ford.com/sta/APQP.html and https://web.qpr.ford.com/sta/GPDSSupplierEngagement.html on Ford Supplier Portal. Note: There may be vehicle programs already underway where the APQP versions 3.1 and 3.2 Pan Brand (see https://web.qpr.ford.com/sta/FPDSLaunch.html) are currently in use and this should continue unless otherwise authorized by Ford STA. Hope this helps. Stijloor. |
