I am just re-writing the requirements for the supply chain on civil programmes.

Our supply chain is
1 mill
2 stockist
3 supplier
4 special process sub-contractors
5 supplier
6 our company

Does anybody know, where I can get a skelleton of requirements in form of a checklist from?
Additional what are the requirements on the release note through the supply chain and especially from our supplier.
Do suppliers have to show the whole traceability on the release notes, or is it sufficient if the supplier's quality system is audited on a regular basis?

I would appreciate if you have any thoughts on this.
