Years ago when working for UK MOD, I used the Kaplan-MacDonald sampling plan, this enabled switching from T, NC, N, R and Skip Lot. I believe the plan originated from USA. Does anyone know where I can obtain a copy? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

This is the only reference (http://books.google.com/books?id=_0FmcXIZvTYC&pg=PA295&lpg=PA295&dq=Kaplan-MacDonald+Sampling&source=bl&ots=W69ikZbPgF&sig=o6NIXaC6xY0GzvCCVbXidlqDJic&hl=en&sa=X&oi=book_result&resnum=1&ct=result) that I could find.
Can my Fellow Covers help here?

It's in this 1969 article in the Journal of Quality Technology (http://www.asq.org/data/subscriptions/jqt_open/1969/july/jqtv1i3kaplan.pdf). It's available free of charge if you are a member of ASQ. Send me an e-mail through my profile.

I think the Kaplan-Macdonald article can safely be posted since it was published prior to 1989 and it has no copyright notice. If we get a complaint, I'll take it down.

Thanks to everyone for their help, particularly Al for providing MIL-STD-105D.
