APQP is appropriate if you want to use it. What can go wrong, how can you alleviate/minimize the problems? APQP is a tool, and its success depends largely on how well you apply it. If you have any specific questions, please let us know, I am sure that you will find people here who will help you.

We are Using APQP and we hope to apply it in a correct way in our project
we are filling the forms in XLS format
anyway it's new for us, so, I think we'll need a lot of advertising and help
