Does the Problem Solving Program works?
Any unsupported process improvement initiative is destined to fail, no matter what moniker is assigned to it?

I'm not sure if there is a language issue, but problem solving will never go away. It may be called by many names, and there are many tools one may use, but problem solving is part of evolution. It is that from which most innovation arises.
