I would like to visit companies in Europe which have implementded Lean well. Smart companies.
Any ideas? Can anybody help me and guide me towards the companies which would be happy to reseive visitors.

Toyota manufacturing plants are the first to spring to mind, they seem to be the most used example of implementing lean manufacturing.

Honda in Swindon, England is meant to be the most Lean manufac site in Europe they always show people around.

Parker Inc. in Barnstaple, England is a very good example of machining and assembly in a Lean environment
