I am looking for the definitions for the grading of audit CARs ie:

Major
Minor
Observation.

Please can anyone assist and also detail the definition reference document.

This has been discussed in great depth here in the Cove. Try using the search function. I am sure that you will find some posts.

You could buy AS9104/AS9014 and they define the differences, I believe.
