Hi ,

I have read many papers about kanban but all of them didn`t give me a compelete solution for kanban implementation in a real factory.
I know what is kanban concepts but I don`t know what procedures with which priorities should implement in a real environment!
Do you know any free resource to guide me for one step by step solution ?

Regards

My first suggestion would be to look at some of the other posts on the cove. I know that there are other threads related to kanban, including powerpoint files associated with kanban. There is quite a bit of information you'll find here, as well some spirited debate regarding these techniques.

Any additional information you might have as well would be necessary to understand your specific process/es. Something to keep in mind is that kanban isn't just a series of procedures, where one size fits all, it is really predicated on a series of principles. Trying to implement it in a "one size fits all procedure" way, is more likely to result in a doomed attempt than to gain any real improvement.

Here on the cove check out:

Or just do a search using the keyword: kanban

For an easy reference on kanban, try out Productivity Press' Shopfloor Series of books (http://www.productivitypress.com/shopping_cart/products/product_detail.asp?sku=PP7269&isbn=9781563272691&parent_id=27&pc=).
