anybody kindly suggest me what can i do to solve this problem.I know the question is very simple but because of incomplete knowladge/training i could not getting the solution on it.In my quality plan for bought out material the frequency for visual testing is 100%,so is it possible to inspect all these parts ,because these are in large quantity .the hardware nut are about 25,000 to 75000 .what type of solution can i get to solve this problem. please suggest me which type of methode i can apply to make simple and effectively so that i can satisfy auditor.
one more is there any standard that for visual attributes always keep 100%. is it ok by setting AQL I can accept it.how i can do.

Depends on the frequency of your problem. AQL in manufacturing is usually not a valuable thing unless you are trying to catch infrequent but catastrophic problems. These are problems that rarely occur, but when they do, you can be assured they will affect a large number of parts - which the lot then can be dispositioned. If you have a very low frequency, then you have to look at them all to find the few. It is the downside of being "good". You may have to find an automated system that can detect these conditions more readily. You may seek to try what some will try to advocate - which is eliminate all possible causes of these defects. Admirable, but not always economically feasible. Worth pondering, though - especially for rust.
